If you know me personally you know that I do deal with anxiety issues myself. I am very good at keeping it in check but every once in a while when I forget to stop and breath it gets the better of me! Don't get me wrong I love doing what I do for people, and doing overnights have been great so far, knock on wood, and I would never stop doing overnights cause that is probably my number one service I provide even more than dog walks. When someone hires me to do an over night I am not just coming and letting their pet out to potty or visiting to have a cuddle session I am staying at there house, and watching and taking care of it as my own. As you can see there is a lot of pressure. For me an overnight takes a lot of planning and scheduling before I even get to the client's house so I know that things will go more smoothly which in turns helps makes things a little less stressful for me in the long run.
If I am doing a service for you I do communicate several ways, of course mainly what is convenient for you! Some of my clients I text as I am walking out the door after the service is complete to give an update, some I email, and other I leave a not that they can read when they get home! I always like to give you an update after each visit, even if it is just to tell you things are well!
No matter what type of service I am providing for you to make sure that there is little to no evidence that I have been there. I bring everything I will need. From leashes, hats, mittens, to a pillow and sleeping bag. If I am doing an overnight I bring my own food, wash dishes behind me, and take my own trash with me. If there are dishes left in your sink I try and wash them for you or put them away if they are clean. I know you have been traveling and no one wants to deal with this chores when they get home!
Now that we have come to the end of my blog I believe I have covered most of the topics people ask about when they first meet me!
If you have any other questions feel free to contact me! :)
